- Your furniture, floors, and carpets will be protected from start to finish by drop cloths or poly plastic.
- All paintable surfaces will be cleaned to remove dirt, grease, mildew, and soap or oil film that may have accumulated over the years. This step will help to ensure proper adhesion of the new product.
- Water marks, smoke stains, pen marks, and other unsightly blemishes that could "Bleed Through" the new paint will be properly primed and sealed.
- Scraping and sanding will remove any loose paint or other imperfections on walls and ceilings.
- Cracks and holes in walls and ceilings will be taped, spackled, sanded smooth and primed.
- Holes in woodwork will be filled, sanded smooth and primed. Imperfections and damaged areas will be addressed by sanding.
- Open joints and gaps between different surfaces will be caulked and filled for a cleaner and more finished appearance.
- Glossy surfaces will be dulled by sanding or primed to ensure proper paint adhesion.
- Only quality materials will be used. Quality materials give the best result and last longer.

- All areas where work has been preformed will be properly cleaned during and when the job has been completed.

What you can expect from us when we work outside your home:
- All paintable surfaces will be thoroughly pressure washed and cleaned to remove loose paint, chalking and surface dirt.
- All areas around your business or home, including your shrubs, landscaping, roof, etc. will be protected from start to finish by drop cloths or poly plastic.
- Mildew (which can attack and degrade the paint coating from the outside or inside) will be treated and killed.
- All loose paint will be scraped and sanded. The proper primer will be applied to all bare wood and sanded areas to assure proper adhesion and coverage.
- Any loose caulking will be removed and replaced. Any open gaps will be filled with new caulking and holes filled to prevent rainwater from penetrating.
- All loose nails will be re-set and re-filled as necessary.
- Loose and/or missing window glazing will be replaced (after the wood sash has been primed to ensure long life of the new glazing compound).
- Only quality materials will be used. Quality materials give the best results and last longer.
- The work will be done in a neat and professional manner by skilled crafts people who are polite, friendly and work efficiently.
- All excess paint will be removed from windows and entire area will be clean and tidy.
